There will be no sales tax added to any orders. 2Cute Lingerie will incur any sales taxes, if applicable.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping to the USA & Canada

2Cute Lingerie offers FREE shipping via U.S. Priority Mail for delivery of all its clothing on orders with a minimum of $60.00 to U.S. and Canada.
There is a shipping fee of $5.00 on orders below $60.00.

Footwear
There is a shipping & handling fee of $15.00 on shoe orders shipped inside the USA and an additional fee of $10.00 for each pair of shoes ordered.
There is a shipping & handling fee of $20.00 on shoe orders shipped to Canada and an additional fee of $10.00 for each pair of shoes ordered.

Shipping Outside USA & Canada

There is a shipping & handling fee of $12.00 for lingerie orders shipped outside the USA and Canada.
A $12.00 shipping fee will be charged for orders that are placed outside the USA for Lingerie.

Footwear
There is a shipping & handling fee of $20.00 for shoe orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada and an additional fee of $10.00 for each pair of shoes ordered.

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide the best service possible.


Return Policy

Our 14-Day Return Policy

2Cute Lingerie values your satisfaction. If you are no satisfied with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less a 30% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the return period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customers expense.

Custom made items, including dresses, are non-refundable or exchangeable. Returns of custom order items will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

Halloween Costumes are non-refundable or exchangeable after October 15th of the year purchased.. Returns of costumes with a smell of smoke, body odor, or are without original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges

Final Sales

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, mens boxers, thongs, hosiery (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

Click here for the Return/Exchange Request Form. Please include a printed copy of the form with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging. Use the original, or similar, box. We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event the item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

A: 2 Cute Lingerie reports your order's shipping tracking number, and you are able to follow it here.

Q: Do you offer a printed catalog?
A: Due to our constantly changing selections, and in order to bring our customers the lowest possible prices, we do not offer a printed catalog.

Q: Why do some of the colors look strange?
A: Every computer screen depicts colors differently. The 2 Cute Lingerie website administrator has made every effort to make the colors of the clothing on screen depict its true color. In the event your computer interprets the colors differently (then the actual colors) a written description of the colors are situated alongside each item.

TIPS ON CARING FOR YOUR LEATHER / VINYL ITEMS

Leather

  • Store your leather garment in a well ventilated area out of the garment bag
  • Allow a wet or damp garment to air dry away from any heat source
  • Remove small stains as soon as possible with a cleaner like saddle soap
  • Polish with a good quality leather polish
  • Use professional dry cleaners for more serious stains

Vinyl

  • It is recommended that Vinyl garments be stored in a garment bag away from other clothing
  • Hand wash in warm water with a small amount of liquid detergent
  • Wash both the inside and outside of the garment, rinse thoroughly in cool water
  • Hang to dry inside out then turn to let Vinyl side dry
  • Polishing can be done with small amounts of silicone spray
  • Different colors of Vinyl should be washed and stored separately as dark colors can bleed onto lighter ones.
