2Cute Lingerie values your satisfaction. If you are no satisfied with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less a 30% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the return period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customers expense.
Custom made items, including dresses, are non-refundable or exchangeable. Returns of custom order items will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
Halloween Costumes are non-refundable or exchangeable after October 15th of the year purchased.. Returns of costumes with a smell of smoke, body odor, or are without original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, mens boxers, thongs, hosiery (NO EXCEPTIONS)

We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange.
