Our 14-Day Return Policy
2Cute Lingerie values your satisfaction. If you are no satisfied with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the return period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customers expense.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges
Final Sales
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, mens boxers, thongs, hosiery (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Procedure for Returns
Fill out and submit the Return/Exchane Request Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original, or similar, box. We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Procedures for Exchanges:
Fill out and submit the Return/Exchane Request Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original, or similar, box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event the item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
